Who we are
RomaniaAccount Pro looks after the accounting, payroll, VAT, tax compliance and statutory reporting of companies in Romania whose owners do not speak Romanian. The work and the monthly reports are in English, and each Romanian official term carries an English gloss, so an owner knows what a filing is called and why it is due.
Our clients are foreign founders and foreign-owned SRLs from inside and outside the EU: e-commerce and IT companies on the micro-enterprise regime (microîntreprindere), subsidiaries and branches of foreign groups, holding and consulting SRLs owned by non-residents, freelancers weighing a PFA against an SRL, and buyers of an existing SRL.
What we do
The monthly accounting contract is the core; a new SRL, an existing SRL from stock and a business bank account are the way in.
- Monthly bookkeeping and accounting for a Romanian SRL, reported to you in English
- Payroll, employment contracts and the REGES-Online employee register
- VAT registration, VAT returns and fiscal representation for non-resident companies
- Corporate income tax and micro-enterprise tax returns, inside the accounting contract
- Annual financial statements, SAF-T reporting and RO e-Factura compliance
- Dormant-company and liquidation accounts; a new SRL, a ready-made SRL, a business bank account
Who performs the accounting work
Bookkeeping, payroll, tax returns inside the accounting contract and the annual accounts are performed by CECCAR-registered accountants, as art. 1 and 21(1) of OG 65/1994 require. Check any registration on CECCAR's public member list. Stand-alone tax advice is a consultant fiscal's work, statutory audit a financial auditor's, bespoke legal documents a partner lawyer's: we sell none of the three.
